Waitlist Protocol

By checking this box, I understand that if an eligible waitlist ticket becomes available, I will be notified by email and will have 48 hours to respond and finalize booking the reserved space(s). If a booking is not completed within that time-frame my waitlist eligibility will be cancelled and the next individual on the waitlist will be contacted.

Refund Protocol

By checking this box, I understand that if I have already purchased an overnight accommodation ticket and then choose to book a waitlist ticket that becomes available to me, there are no refunds for my original ticket purchased.
