8-9am–Coming Home to the Heart: Yoga Nidra & sound healing with Gary–Center Camp: A quiet, heart chakra-centered morning practice to slow down, settle the nervous system, and begin the day with ease. We’ll start with guided Yoga Nidra, followed by sound healing to support deep rest, gentle self-connection, and a simple sense of care toward yourself.  Everyone is welcome. No experience needed.
